How Baseboard Waterproofing Systems Work

A pre-formed baseboard channel is installed along the perimeter of the slab and secured using epoxy and urethane sealants. The concrete surface is mechanically prepared to ensure proper adhesion, and a scored channel is cut to anchor the system. Weep holes are drilled into concrete block walls when necessary to allow trapped water to drain into the system. Collected water is then directed to a sump pump or gravity discharge for removal from the structure.

Foundation Piers Marietta Homeowners Trust

We install a surface-mounted drainage channel that captures and redirects water along the base of foundation walls without breaking up the concrete floor.

Minimal Demolition Required

This system avoids major slab removal, making it faster and less intrusive to install.

Effective Water Control

Captures water at the wall base and redirects it into a controlled drainage path.

Ideal for Specialized Foundations

Works well for monolithic slabs, additions, and retrofit applications where other systems are not practical.

Clean & Efficient Installation

Proper surface prep and sealing ensure long-term performance with a streamlined install process.

Our Baseboard Waterproofing Installation Process

We follow a precise process to ensure proper adhesion, sealing, and long-term performance of the system.

1

Inspection & System Selection

We determine if a top-of-slab system is the right solution based on foundation type and water entry points

2

Surface Preparation & Installation

Concrete is mechanically prepared, the baseboard system is installed, and all joints are sealed with epoxy and urethane.

3

Drainage & Water Management

Water is directed into the system and safely discharged away from the structure.
